Tips
- Medium-density pipe is referred to by its outside diameter (OD)
- Medium Density Fittings go overtop of MD Pipe
- The pipe needs to be pushed past the o-ring in the MD fitting to seal
- If the MD pipe is scratched or gouged, it may not create a seal on the o-ring and leak.

Yes, Hansen Easy Fit MD Compression Fittings are potable (drinking) water approved.
Does this fitting carry Hansen Warranty?
Yes, all Hansen manufactured products carry our Hansen Warranty.
Can I use Hansen Easy Fit Fittings under driveways, paths and other solid foundations?
No, Hansen does not recommend the use of any Hansen Easy Fit Fittings under any driveways, paths or solid foundations.
How tight should I tighten my Easy Fit MD Compression fittings?
Up to 32mm, just tighten hand tight and all sizes above use a spanner to tighten another 1/2 to 1 turns past hand tight. Remember you already have a seal once the pipe is past the O-Ring, all the Nut is doing is compressing the Grip Ring onto the pipe to hold the pipe in place.
