VICTORIAN LOCKDOWN 4.2 UPDATE

In line with Government guidelines and the Health Departments decisions, ASC Water Tanks is once again open to the public. We would once again like to thank all our Victorian customers for their support and business and welcome you back to our showroom. All visitors will need to sign in with the Victorian COVID-19 app. We are continuing with our deliveries with water tanks both intrastate and interstate within the guidelines of other states health and government advice. Our water pump orders or goods shipped via couriers are not affected and still continue to be delivered in record times through our courier and logistics networks.

STAGE 4 VICTORIAN LOCKDOWN UPDATE

Australia, we are still open and operating as usual in line with Government guidelines around COVID restrictions. We are open for click and collect orders and delivering in Melbourne and surrounds as per usual. Our drivers all have masks to ensure your safety and we please ask that if you have any symptoms, or currently self isolating to please let our staff know so that we can re-schedule delivery.

STAGE 4 VICTORIAN LOCKDOWN UPDATE

Our absolute priority has always been the health, safety and wellbeing of our team, customers and suppliers. We will continue to maintain strict and disciplined safety standards and have enhanced measures in place for some time in line with the latest advice from the Victorian Government. 

In line with Victorian Government restrictions from 11.59pm Wednesday 5 August, ASC Water Tanks in Hallam will remain open for Trade customers only and we will assist retail customers with necessary items via online ordering.

Retail customers can either order online for nationwide wide delivery or choose our contactless Click and Collect service where products can be ordered online and collected from our warehouse car parks, without needing to get out of the car.

Click and Collect is a contactless service which gives customers the option to pick up their order from our car parks. Customers who have ordered online through asctanks.com.au can select a convenient date and time to collect their order. On arrival, the customer parks in our car park, contacts the store team via phone, and a team member then brings the customer’s order out and places it in their boot. For water tanks order, we’ll load up your vehicle whilst you stay in the car, and once our staff member is back inside, you can strap it down safely in your own time.

All online and phone orders for delivery of water pumps will be shipped out the same day, and where we can, we are upgrading our customers to express shipping at no extra charge. The cut off for same day dispatch is 12pm.

All online and phone orders for delivery of water tanks will be shipped out in our standard delivery time frames. Our drivers are doing contactless kerb side delivery for water tanks in the affected Stage 4 lockdown areas. This means, the driver will not be able to assist you to place the tank on the property and you will be required to move it to its final resting spot. Our drivers will leave the tanks inside your property at the first available safe spot.

We are continuing to adapt our business in line with government advice, and we thank our amazing team for all their hard work in keeping customers supplied with the things they need.

We look forward to welcoming all customers back into our store as soon as restrictions are lifted.
